How an article can evolve over the course of a day

Yesterday I woke up with a few thoughts on the rule of five practice and did a post about their effectiveness. Now, because posting to my personal blog tends to be a more relaxed and casual process, as well as one that is more spontaneous, the amount of editing time can vary but it normally is done–at least for me–in a few hours. I try to give it a cooling time but the posts usually appear within a few hours. Over the course of the day I decided to cross-post to Blogcritics.org ; so I continued to edit, read the piece aloud, and examine the sentences to be sure I said exactly what I wanted to say. If you’d like to see the difference, check out The Rule of Five Rules!

    Great idea!
I have always been a goal setter, but you give goal setting an easy-to-apply approach that will produce many goal-setters who will no dobut be successful if they follow these well thougt out principles.
